 Credit Controller (m/f)

Your role:

As a Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for efficient management of company’s receivables and will play a vital role in the cash-flow of the organization, ensuring credit given to customers is monitored and controlled effectively.

Some of your additional responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day collection of receivables
  • Reducing receivables days through proactive approach
  • Customers’ credit risk assessment as well as setting credit limits and payment terms
  • Creating cash flow on a weekly basis
  • Setting-up and maintaining customer cards accurately and up-to-date
  • Proactive cooperation with the Sales team on all customer-related topics
  • Providing trainings on all aspects of the Corporate Credit policy to the local team.

Post-Sale Customer Service Technician (m/f)

Your role:

As a Post-Sale Customer Service Technician, you'll be responsible for performing diagnostic checks and service repairs on computers, servers and other IT equipment, in a service center in Sarajevo. Next to that, you'll be working on installation of operating systems and application software.

Some of your additional responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving defective goods form customers and issuing replacements
  • Preparation of business offers for the clients
  • Collection of claims

About you:

Organized and systematic approach to tasks, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, self-initiative and high level of commitment are generally more important than academic qualifications.  Technical Presales Specialist (m/f)

Your role:

As s Technical Presales Specialist you will be a member of Value-Added Team Distribution (VAD) Team, in charge of selling solutions of servers, storage, networking and software of different brands. You'll be responsible for providing technical support in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customer's business needs. You'll create and maintain effective customer relationship to secure customer satisfaction. You'll be the one to provide a deepest level of product and/or technology-specific expertise available to customers from anyone in the sales organization - aligned to the specific enterprise brand or product lines from sales portfolio.

Some of your additional responsibilities will include: 

  • Supporting colleagues in sales with all activities necessary for a successful business deals closure
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the main suppliers and other important actors both on a local and an international level
  • Providing direction and guidance to improve processes and establish policies
  • Working with business partners to identify gaps and addressing needs to accelerate channel business

About you:
